The toon's name is a reference to the page title of Main Page 16 and repeated gag in Jibblies 2.

The animationing has begun, even though I haven't quite finished off the script yet. Fitting, since my school's been cancelled for two days in a row due to snow, yet not fitting, because it's over a week since Decemberween. Sorry about that. I've been making the graphics as I go, like I usually do. And I've made two teaser-ish posts on Twitter, so I guess it's Twitter-official now? 5 Jan 2018
So I'll admit I'm a little behind schedule. To be fair, it's been a bit of a busy month for me. I'm most of the way through the script at this point, but I haven't even started animating yet. I'll definitely get a solid start on that over winter break. Even if it gets delayed like Year Without a Thnikkaman, though, it'll still be a great toon. 22 Dec 2017
It's the first snowy day in December down here, and I've officially started the script! Right now I'm up to the "cue opening credits". I've decided to write it with paper and pencil at least initially; I can sometimes write better that way. Hopefully I'll be finished with the script not long after this weekend so I can start on graphics and animation. This is going to be a fun one. 9 Dec 2017
So I just suddenly got this totally brilliant idea for a Decemberween toon while I was taking a walk! I'll be starting on the script promptly, and I'm sure I'll have a teaser image up before too long.
