Marzi-Mei and Friends is a series of articulated dolls released by Cheap As Free in an attempt to market the Stinkoman Franchise to young girls.

Background[edit | edit source]

As the Stinkoman franchise grew in popularity, Videlectrix noticed in marketing surveys that the two most popular characters with the young girls demographic were Marzi-Mei and Cheatball. Wanting to expand the series' reach, Videlectix hired Cheap As Free to produce a toy line centred around one of these characters. Marzi was chosen and development began. The toys had a mediocre quality and were known for their easily tangled hair, and monochromatic accessories.

The toy line features several characters that do not actually appear in Stinkoman 20X6, as there were no other girl characters to create dolls out of. These characters are essentially 20X6 versions of various scrapped or minor girl characters from the Homestar Runner universe, although as they were created by a different design team, they don't quite capture the 20X6 themeing as well as they could.
